1. Who you’re dealing with

Honest Larder is operated by Wonderly Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Honest Larder is in active development. Parts of the site may be pre-release, and features may change or be withdrawn as we build. Where you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens under your account.

3. Fair use

Please don't misuse the site: no unlawful content, no attempts to break or probe our systems, no scraping other people's data, and no using the service to harm others. We can suspend accounts that do.

4. Payments

Where the service takes payment, prices are shown before you pay and payments are processed by Stripe. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Refunds are handled per the specific product's stated policy.

5. Content and IP

The site, its design and its content belong to us or our licensors. Content you submit stays yours — you give us the licence we need to operate the service with it.

6. Liability

We provide the site with reasonable care and skill. We're not liable for losses that aren't a foreseeable result of our breach, and nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited (like death or personal injury caused by negligence).

7. Changes and governing law
