1. Who we are
Honest Larder is part of the Wonderly family and is operated by Wonderly Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Our registered address and ICO registration number will be published here prior to public launch. 2. What we collect
We keep it minimal: • Contact details you give us — your name and email address when you register interest, create an account, or get in touch • Account data — your sign-in email and the things you do in your account • Payment data — handled by Stripe; card numbers never touch our servers • Technical basics — IP address and browser type, in server logs, for security We don't buy data about you, and we don't use advertising trackers.
3. How we use it
• To provide the service you signed up for (contract) • To reply when you contact us (legitimate interest) • To tell you about Honest Larder launching or changing, if you asked us to (consent — unsubscribe any time) • To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest) • To meet legal obligations such as accounting records
4. Who we share it with
Only the services that make this site work: • Supabase — database and sign-in (data stored in the EU/UK region) • Stripe — payments • Resend — transactional email • Twilio — text messages, where the service sends them • Hosting and infrastructure providers Each processes data under its own agreement with us. We never sell your data.
5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us, at any time, to: • Show you the data we hold about you (access) • Correct it (rectification) • Delete it (erasure) • Restrict or object to how we use it • Hand it over in a portable format Email hello@wonderlyventures.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
6. How long we keep it
• Register-interest details: until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to remove them • Account data: while your account is active, then deleted after 2 years of inactivity or on request • Financial records: 7 years, as the law requires
7. Cookies
We only set cookies that are strictly necessary — the ones that keep you signed in. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
